All of our products are shipped from the manufacturers to you. This saves you, the customer, and us, lots of money. This is why we can offer such competitive prices.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
ORDER TRACKING -
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
SHIPPING RATES -
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
BACK ORDERS -
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered, unless there is a manufacturer defect) merchandise, except music or other CDs within 30 days of your receipt of them. A full refund, minus our actual ship price will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for getting the package back to us. Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like as a replacement.
RESTOCKING FEE -
Due to manufacturer policies, some returned items are subject to 10% restocking fees, which in that case will be deducted from your refund. If an item is refused or returned you are responsible for all shipping or restocking fees. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in new condition and with tags, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
